1. Depending on when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from your previous statement period.

2. You'll earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent up to $250,000 each year, reverting to 1 point for every dollar thereafter (reset annually).
